Terms and Sales Conditions
Pricing: Please call for pricing regarding your needs. All orders on account have a minimum charge of $25.00.Payment Methods: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and company checks with proper I.D are accepted unless prior arrangements are made and approval for credit is obtained.
Credit Terms: Net terms for customers with approved credit are 30 days unless otherwise indicated. Past due credit accounts are subject to 1.5% interest per month. Orders received from customers with past due accounts will not be processed until account is current. For our credit application, click here.
Freight: All items are F.O.B. origin unless otherwise quoted in writing. Lost/Damaged Shipments: Buyer must notify Centerline Supply of any shortages or damage within 48 hours after receipt of goods. If any discrepancies are found, note them in writing on the carrier delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the discrepancy and notify us immediately.
Refunds: Refunds are given provided the customer has the original invoice or packing slip and the merchandise is in original condition with original packaging. Refunds will be issued only after the merchandise has been returned and approved at which time immediate store credit is available or check will be mailed within 14 days of return. There are no refunds on special orders items, sales items, equipment or parts. Any refund is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.Exchanges: Items may be exchanged provided original sales receipt is presented within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. No exchanges on special order items or faulty merchandise unless covered by manufacturer. Any exchange is subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
Returns: No returns shall be accepted by Centerline Supply after 30 days of receipt of material and without seller’s prior written authorization. Buyer is responsible for all returned freight charges and a minimum 15% restocking charge.
